Zynex Welcomes New CEO, Leadership in Key Roles

Zynex, a company specializing in non-invasive medical devices for pain management, rehabilitation, and patient monitoring, welcomed its newly appointed CEO, Steven Dyson, as well as several new leaders at the company.

Dyson was appointed as the company’s incoming CEO on June 30, 2025. Zynex named four individuals to new leadership roles, all effective today:

• Vikram Bajaj, Chief Financial Officer
• John T. Bibb, Chief Legal Officer
• Ajay Gopal, EVP of Sales
• Agnes Powell, VP of Billing

Bajaj boasts over 20 years of leadership experience in finance, M&A, and strategy in the medtech sector. He was previously CFO of Vyaire Medical, CFO of Kepro, and head of corporate development at Kinetic Concepts. Earlier in his career, Bajaj was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in New York.

Bibb touts more than two decades of experience in legal, compliance, and HR roles in the medtech sector. This includes roles with Kinetic Concepts, LifeCell, and most recently Vyaire Medical.

Gopal held prior roles at KCI, Danaher, and Healthium Medtech. He is known for delivering transformative growth, high‑integrity team leadership, and improving access to impactful products that improve lives. 

Powell brings 20 years of experience in leading revenue cycle operations, compliance, and managed care contracting. Her background spans hospitals, private practices, and billing companies. She held key roles at HealthOne, Centura Health, and Toxicology Associates.
